Every meal of the weekend, cooked on site.
Wedding weekend catering in La Plata County
Rehearsal dinner, welcome lunch, the reception, the breakfast burrito bar the morning after. Take one meal or take the whole weekend. A cabin full or a couple hundred, we cook it at your venue from our own trailer.
Four meals, four menus
Book one or book all four. The breakfast burrito bar is the one nobody thinks of and everybody remembers.
Rehearsal Dinner
Family-style sandwich platters with salads and chips. We clear the table.
Welcome Lunch
Sandwich platters and sides for guests rolling into town. We park at the cabins or the marina and set it all out as guests roll in, however long they trickle in.
Reception
Two proteins and hot sides, served from the window or set as a buffet under your tent.
Breakfast Burrito Bar
Burritos made to order. Coffee available. Guests come in whatever they slept in and love you for it.
From a wedding we catered
September 2026, set out as a buffet: cornbread, baked beans, slaw, a cheese board and fresh buns. Real photos from the day.
Packages and what comes in them
I'll go over everything that goes on the bill when we talk, before you book. Every wedding is priced personally: send your date and I'll call you to talk through the options, or call me now at (801) 500-8215.
One Meal
One meal, done well. Rehearsal dinner, welcome lunch or reception.
Full Weekend
The night-before dinner and the morning-after burrito bar, as one booking.

Wedding questions, answered
More questions? See the full FAQ →Do you need power or water from the venue?
Neither. We carry our own fresh water and run our own generator, parked behind the trailer. If you would rather use the venue's power, tell me and we'll work it out.
How long does service actually take?
How fast I can serve depends on the menu and your headcount. Tell me your numbers and I'll give you a realistic serving time.
What if it rains, or the road washes out?
We cook rain or snow; the kitchen is enclosed. Guests need somewhere covered to stand. The tent is yours or the venue's to arrange; tell me where it's going and I'll park beside it. If the county closes the road to your venue, call me and we'll work out a plan.
Gluten free, vegan, allergies?
Ask about gluten-free bread or tortillas and vegetarian options. Tell me about any allergy and I'll be straight about what we can and can't do.
Kids and picky eaters?
A plain quesadilla or plain grilled cheese is on offer at every event, at no extra charge. Tell us roughly how many kids on the form and it is handled.
From the truck or as a buffet?
Either. Truck service is the most fun and the fastest. Buffet suits a seated dinner. Either way, we are there serving.
Deposit, timing, and cancellations
A deposit holds your date. I'll go over timing, the balance and what happens if plans change when we talk, before you book anything.
