Birthdays, family reunions, cabin weekends, memorials, HOA and community gatherings. A cabin full or a couple hundred. We park where you tell us, cook on site, and take everything away with us afterwards.

Memorials & Celebrations of Life

Block parties, pool openings, neighborhood gatherings. If it repeats every year, say so and I will hold the date.

One straightforward package. Add sides or a soda bar if you want more.
The practical bits
From the truck or as a buffet?
Either. Truck service is the most fun for a backyard or cabin. Buffet suits a seated group. Either way, we are there serving.
How far will you travel?
We cook at venues around Vallecito Lake, Bayfield, Durango, Ignacio and Forest Lakes. I'll go over travel with you when we talk.
Can you do a small gathering?
Yes. Bringing the trailer out is the same tow whether we feed a small group or a big one, so a small group can cost more per head. Tell me your headcount and I'll be straight about whether bringing the trailer is the right fit.
What about the kids?
A plain quesadilla or plain grilled cheese is on offer at every event, no upcharge. Tell us roughly how many kids on the form.
