How service works
From the window
The trailer parks, the window opens, and your guests order the way they would at the lake. It suits a backyard or a cabin crowd best, and everything comes off the grill hot.
As a buffet
For a seated group I set it out as a buffet: sandwich platters and sides, or proteins and hot sides for a reception. Either way, we are there serving, and we take everything away with us afterwards.
Kids get a plain quesadilla or grilled cheese at no extra charge. Ask about gluten-free bread or tortillas and vegetarian options, and tell me about any allergy; I'll accommodate it to the very best of my ability.
What I need from your site
A firm, reasonably level spot for the trailer. It is a heavy trailer (rated to 9,950 lb), so soft grass after rain is the thing to tell me about, along with gates, cattle guards or a long gravel drive.
We carry our own water and run our own generator, parked behind the trailer, so your power is never the problem. Guests need somewhere covered to stand; tell me where the tent is going and I'll park beside it.
I'll go over travel, tax and anything else on the bill when we talk, before you book anything.
