Booking and money
How do I find out if my date is open?
Type it into the form on any page. It checks my actual calendar and answers straight away.
How fast do I get a price?
Every event is priced personally. Send your date and I'll call you back within one business day. Or call me on (801) 500-8215.
Deposit, timing, and cancellations?
A deposit holds your date. I'll go over timing, the balance and what happens if plans change when we talk, before you book anything.
Is there a service fee or tip built in?
I'll go over everything that goes on the bill when we talk, before you book.
Can we taste it first?

On the day
Do you need power or water from the venue?
Neither. Fresh water onboard and our own generator, parked behind the trailer. If you would rather use the venue's power, tell me and we'll work it out.
How many people can you serve in an hour?
How fast I can serve depends on the menu and your headcount. Tell me your numbers and I'll give you a realistic serving time.
What if it rains?
We cook rain or snow; the kitchen is enclosed. Guests need somewhere covered to stand. The tent is yours or the venue's to arrange; tell me where it's going and I'll park beside it.
How much space does the trailer need?
A fully enclosed trailer kitchen that brings its own generator and water. What I need from you is a firm, reasonably level spot — I'll go over exactly how much room when we talk.
Food
Gluten free, vegan, allergies?
Ask about gluten-free bread or tortillas and vegetarian options. Tell me about any allergy or dietary need and I'll accommodate it to the very best of my ability.
Where does the food come from?
Ask me anything about where the food comes from — I'm happy to talk it through.
What about picky eaters and young kids?
A plain quesadilla or a plain grilled cheese is on offer at every event, at no extra charge. Tell us roughly how many kids and it is handled.
Can you do things that are not sandwiches?
The burrito bar, quesadillas and the camp soda bar. If you want something I haven't listed, ask. The answer might be no, but you'll get it quickly.
