We're based at Vallecito Lake and we do come to Durango and the Animas valley. Backyard parties, reunions, wedding weekends: the trailer parks at your place, cooks on site and serves it hot. I'll go over travel when we talk.

Window or buffet, your call

Most parties get the trailer window: guests walk up, order, and eat it hot, just like at the lake. A seated dinner or a reception usually works better as a buffet, with sandwich platters and sides or proteins and hot sides. We stay and serve either way, and we pack everything out when we leave.

The menu is the one on the food truck menu page: breakfast burritos, sourdough melts and camp sodas mixed to order, plus bigger spreads for weddings. For a rehearsal dinner, think family-style sandwich platters with salads and chips.

Every event gets a plain quesadilla or grilled cheese for the kids, no upcharge. Ask about gluten-free bread or tortillas and vegetarian options, and tell me about allergies up front.

Setting up at a Durango venue

The trailer needs firm, reasonably level ground. It is rated to 9,950 lb, so it is not for soft turf after rain; a gravel pad, a lot or a dry, firm lawn edge is what we look for.

No hookups needed: our own generator and fresh water come with us. Rain or snow, the kitchen is enclosed, but guests need somewhere covered to stand. The tent is yours or the venue's to arrange; tell me where it's going and I'll park beside it.

I'll go over travel, tax and anything else on the bill when we talk, before you book anything.

Durango catering questions

Do you come to Durango?

Yes. We're based at Vallecito Lake and we come down to Durango and the Animas valley with the whole trailer. I'll go over travel when we talk.

Where is the trailer based?

Up at Vallecito Lake. Head out of Durango toward Bayfield, keep climbing into the pines, and the window is there when you want a bite at the lake.

What do you need at the venue?

A firm, reasonably level spot for the trailer. We bring our own generator and water, so no hookups. Tell me about gates, soft ground or a long drive when you book.

Can you do a wedding and the brunch the next morning?

Yes. Book one meal or the whole weekend: the rehearsal dinner, the reception and the breakfast burrito bar the morning after all come out of the same trailer.

How fast will I hear back?

I call you back within one business day. Or call me now at (801) 500-8215.
